Objectives of our project

The objectives of the app are defined by the research team at NIAS. The app should: 

• Allow users to pre-load information (maps, locations of interest, etc.) so that it is easily accessible on-site even when there is no network coverage 
• Provide directional navigation to points of interest, and record tracks.
• Record geotagged and time-stamped data (text/voice notes, photos, videos) on the device itself
• Export some or all of the recorded data to the cloud
• Use as little power as possible
